Ingredients
- 2 whole salmon
- 4 hot house cucumbers, sliced very thin
- 4 red tomatoes
- gelatin
- 3 cups creme fraiche
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- cayenne pepper
- salt
Directions
Do not undercook. Should be pale and firm to touch. Check the middle. The last 6 ingredients starting with creme fraiche are for the dill cream (1 quart).
