Seventy-Six Olive Trees were planted in 2003 at our Estate Vineyard in the heart of the Los Olivos District to Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino.  We pick the olives as they are just maturing and still mostly green in order to obtain the highest concentration of flavor. Margerum Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a finishing oil and is meant to be drizzled over a final dish or tossed with greens in a salad. An excellent gift idea that fits nicely in your foodie’s stocking.
