This is the inaugural release of Barden’s first Sparkling Wine from the 2019 vintage and is 100% Chardonnay from the Sta. Rita Hills.  Made in the traditional méthode champenoise and aged for one year in new and one-year barrel, and then aged en tirage on the lees for another two years.  The Sta. Rita Hills is rapidly becoming the definitive place to grow and make sparkling wine in California and this wine is a standout example for the region’s exciting sparkling wine movement.
