Because we take seriously our committment to making wines for the table to be enjoyed with food, family and friends, our wines also age extremely well taking on beautiful complexity and secondary aromas.  Very recently, we have done a twenty year retrospective tasting of our M5 Red Rhône Blend with 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2009 aging quite perfectly.  We also had some 2004 Sauvignon Blanc and it was still young!
